the faa has said that planes will have to take off and land less frequently so as not to overload the remaining controllers on duty. that will translate o potential longer lines at the airport. most pass injures we spoke to this morning say they are against the furloughs. >> congress needs to get their act together and maybe they need to give up some of their assistance that they seem to have so many of in washington. and stop bothering the normal every day people with cutting back here and there. >> reporter: yesterday sfo and san jose reported no problems. but oakland did experience some delays for flights out of los angeles. sources inside the air traffic control tower here said four workers were furloughed yesterday. and these furloughs are expected to last through september. pilot and airline organizations are suing the faa to stop the furloughs and urging the public to speak up if they experience the headaches and hassles as a result of these furloughs. we are going to be keeping an eye on all of the flights here. we'll let you know if you see any major delays or cancellations.
